Insurance Coordinator

Position Description

This position revolves around coordinating and supporting patients and potential patients. The tasks include verifying eligibility requirements, describing benefits, entering information into computer systems, calculating and collecting required payments for fees such as co-pays and deductibles, and generating reports for all of these activities. Duties may also require follow-ups on denied claims, daily insurance claims, and posting payments made by patients to their account.

• You will have to solve collection and registration issues, as well as translate and explain insurance details and compliance procedures to patients.


Experience not necessary and will train accordingly.
